Full Body Massage
Relaxation, muscle tone and stress relief
100 GEL
Description
A classic full-body massage is a wellness treatment that helps you relax, release tension and restore muscle tone. The therapist works smoothly across the whole body — back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders — alternating gentle and deeper techniques.
At Trueman salon in Batumi we adjust the intensity to how you feel: some need deep rest and stress relief, others recovery after physical load or a long week. The session lasts 60 minutes and flows at a calm, comfortable pace.
This is a wellness and aesthetic treatment, not a medical one — it is about caring for your body and feeling good. If you have questions or limitations, the therapist will discuss them with you before starting.
How it goes
- 1
A short talk. The therapist checks how you feel, your tension areas and the intensity you want.
- 2
Warm-up. The massage starts with gentle movements to prepare the muscles and relax the body.
- 3
Main work. The back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders are worked through in turn.
- 4
Relaxing finish. Smooth closing strokes help lock in the feeling of lightness.
- 5
Recommendations. The therapist advises how to prolong the effect and how often to repeat sessions.
Who it is for
Contraindications
- Fever, a cold or general malaise
- Acute inflammation, skin damage or skin conditions in the massage area
- Thrombosis or pronounced varicose veins in the treated area
- Cancer without approval from your doctor
- Pregnancy — only after consulting your doctor and therapist
- The final list is individual — confirm it during a consultation with the therapist
How to prepare
Come 5–10 minutes before your session so you can change and unwind without rushing. Avoid a massage right after a heavy meal — it is better to eat 1–1.5 hours in advance. Drink some water beforehand and take a shower if you can. If you have injuries, chronic conditions or recent treatments, tell the therapist in advance so they can adjust the technique and intensity for you.
Aftercare
After the massage, do not rush to get up — give your body a couple of minutes to rest. Drink some water: it helps your body recover more gently. For the rest of the day it is best to avoid intense exercise, sauna, steam baths and alcohol. Light relaxation or a pleasant muscle tiredness is normal and passes within a day. Listen to how you feel and follow the therapist's recommendations.
