Neck, Shoulder & Head Massage

Neck, Shoulder & Head Massage

Relief for neck, shoulders and head

60 min Less neck tension and fewer headaches Every 1–2 weeks or as needed

100 GEL

Description

A neck, shoulder and head massage relieves tension in the neck and shoulders and helps ease headaches. This is the area where fatigue from the computer, phone and stress builds up fastest.

At Trueman salon in Batumi, the therapist gently works the neck, shoulders and scalp, releasing knots and restoring a feeling of lightness. The session lasts 60 minutes and is especially good when your neck and shoulders feel stiff or heaviness sets into your head by evening.

This is a wellness treatment, not medical care: for regular headaches and neck problems, also consult your doctor.

How it goes

  1. 1

A talk. The therapist checks where you feel tension — neck, shoulders or head.

  2. 2

Warming the area. Gentle movements relax the neck and shoulders before the main work.

  3. 3

Neck and shoulder work. The therapist releases knots in the neck-and-shoulder area.

  4. 4

Head massage. Light techniques on the scalp help relieve heaviness and relax.

  5. 5

Recommendations. Advice on posture and unloading the neck through the day.

How to prepare

Come 5–10 minutes before your session so you can settle and unwind. Avoid a massage right after a heavy meal — it is better to eat 1–1.5 hours in advance. Drink some water beforehand. Note that a small amount of product may be used during the head massage — if that matters, let the therapist know. If you have neck problems or regular headaches, mention it in advance.

Aftercare

After the session, do not rush — give yourself a couple of minutes to rest. Drink some water and, if possible, avoid loading your neck straight away with long screen work. For the rest of the day it is best to avoid sauna, steam baths and alcohol. Light relaxation in the neck and shoulders is normal. Listen to how you feel and follow the therapist's recommendations.
