Leg & Foot Massage
Lighter legs and better circulation
100 GEL
Description
A leg and foot massage relieves tiredness and heaviness in the legs and improves circulation. Your legs carry the load of the whole day — especially if you walk a lot, stand or wear uncomfortable shoes.
At Trueman salon in Batumi, the therapist works the calves, feet and the areas where fatigue collects, alternating relaxing and toning techniques. The session lasts 60 minutes and leaves a pleasant lightness in the legs.
This is a wellness and aesthetic treatment, not medical care: for pronounced varicose veins, swelling or vascular conditions, consult your doctor first.
How it goes
- 1
A talk. The therapist checks how you feel and the areas of fatigue in your legs.
- 2
Warm-up. Gentle movements relax the calf and foot muscles.
- 3
Main work. The therapist relieves tiredness and heaviness, working the calves and feet.
- 4
Toning finish. Closing techniques bring back a feeling of lightness.
- 5
Recommendations. Advice on unloading your legs through the day and session frequency.

How to prepare
Come 5–10 minutes before your session so you can change and unwind without rushing. Avoid a massage right after a heavy meal — it is better to eat 1–1.5 hours in advance. Drink some water beforehand and take a shower if you can. If you have varicose veins, vascular conditions or swelling, be sure to tell the therapist in advance.
Aftercare
After the massage, do not rush to get up — give your legs a couple of minutes to rest. Drink some water. For the rest of the day it helps to rest your legs and avoid long standing, sauna, steam baths and alcohol. A pleasant lightness in the legs is normal. Listen to how you feel and follow the therapist's recommendations.
